American Idol results show was quite shocking. Even dialidol.com got it wrong.
Is votefortheworst.com that powerful? That’s the only reason I see for Megan’s safety. She didn’t even make the bottom 3!
We are used to American Idol with its OMG features and drama, but the “WTF” and the “huh?” still get me.
The bottom 3 American Idol contestants were Michael Sarver (okay), Scott MacIntyre (huh?), and Matt Giraud (WTF!).
What does Megan have to do to be sent packing? Sing well?
American Idol has their own agenda, but 36 million votes put Matt and Scott in the bottom 3?
Did this American Idol results show shock you at all? Was Michael your pick to go?

American Idol Shocking Bottom 3 Results!

American Idol | Is Michael Sarver Leaving?
American Idol hit MoTown this week and was mentored by legendary Smokey Robinson.
Quite a few American Idol contestants stepped up to the plate. But, a few more struck out.
Matt Giraud and Allison Iraheta were great, and I even have to admit I really liked Adam Lambert this week.
However, a few American Idol wannabes stunk. Michael Sarver and Megan Joy will probably be in the hot seats tonight.
I have a feeling Michael will be going home, but hoping it will be Megan. There's just something about her I don't like. She reminds me too much of Kristie Lee Cook.
But, it's American Idol and sometimes nothing makes sense.
So, which American Idol wannabe do you see going home?

American Idol Results Alexis Denied Idol Immunity

American Idol’s top 10 does not include Alexis Grace.
Allison, Michael, and Alexis were in the bottom 3 last night.
Ryan Seacrest immediately sent Allison back to the safe seats leaving Michael and Alexis.
Simon Cowell said that Alexis was one of the American Idol wannabes they would consider saving.
After she sang her heart out though, she did not receive the Idol immunity.
The American Idol Top 10:
- Danny Gokey
- Lil Rounds
- Anoop Desai
- Allison Iraheta
- Michael Sarver
- Scott MacIntyre
- Megan Joy
- Matt Giraud
- Kris Allen
- Adam Lambert
President Obama preempted American Idol, so look for the show on Wednesday and Thursday.

American Idol Adam Lambert Burned Johnny Cash! (Video)
American Idol fans either loved or hated Adam Lambert’s Ring of Fire performance. I hated it.
- Michael Sarver started the show clumsily according to Simon Cowell.
- Allison and Kris sang next and although the judges liked their performances, I thought they were forgettable.
- Lil Rounds didn’t impress the American Idol judges. Simon couldn’t even get her name right. So, Little Rounds was a big flop.
- Adam Lambert slaughtered Johnny Cash’s Ring of Fire and Johnny probably rolled in his grave. Simon said people were throwing their TV’s out the window; yup.
- Scott MacIntyre was good, but Paula said he was using his piano as a crutch. Simon called Paula stupid and everything was right with the world.
- Alexis sang Jolene. I just love this girl. The judges thought it was okay. Kara said she lost her edge, but no one cares what American Idol judge wannabe Kara thinks.
- Danny Gokey sang Jesus Take the Wheel and again everyone liked it but Kara. Simon didn’t like his clothes. Clothes don’t make the person Simon as you know.
- Anoop sang You Were Always on My Mind and everyone loved him including Randy Travis. Simon said he went from zero to hero.
- Megan’s excuse for her performance is the flu. WTF does having the flu have to do with her embarrassing Marilyn Monroe impersonation?
- Matt Giraud finished the show with So Small. All the American Idol judges loved it. Simon and Randy said it was the best performance of the night. I agree.

American Idol Rule Change Insults America!
American Idol created a new rule to ensure that 33+ million voters don’t screw up!
Yes, the once confident Simon Cowell who always told the American Idol contestants “America knows what’s best” has fallen.
The American Idol judges get to save one American Idol wannabe from elimination when America screws up.
33+ million voters must be wrong? No, we’re not wrong. What’s the motive?
American Idol contestants Jasmine Murray and Jorge got the boot last night and after absolutely no deliberation, neither was saved.
Before each sang, Ryan Seacrest told us the judges would deliberate to decide if one would be saved.
Right, Simon stared into space and Paula was up on her feet dancing. No one deliberated; they already know which American Idol contestant they will save.
American Idol once gave America praise for selecting our next American Idol. What happened?

American Idol Does Michael Jackson!
American Idol ignored what they’ve told previous American Idol contestants and had them sing Michael Jackson songs.
Some Idol wannabes stepped up to the plate while others never made it out of the box.
- Lil Rounds sang “The Way You Make Me Feel” and although I wasn’t impressed, the judges were.
- Scott MacIntyre sang “Keep the Faith” and received mixed reviews. Randy, Paula, and Kara liked it while Simon hated it.
- Danny Gokey sang “P.Y.T” brilliantly according to Simon, but the dancing was hideous.
- Michael Sarver sang “You’re Not Alone” which was okay but nothing wow-ish.
- Jasmine Murray sang “I’ll Be There” and I thought she sounded very scared. The Judges thought she was good but robotic.
- Kris Allen sang “Remember the Time” which the judges liked, but I didn’t like the arrangement.
- Allison Iraheta sang “Given to Me” and she did okay. I wish someone would give her a makeover though.
- Anoop Desai sang “Beat It” and I agree with Simon; it was a bit karaoke.
- Jorge sang “Never Can Say Goodbye” and yes, it was old fashioned.
- Megan Corkrey sang “Rockin’ Robin” and she reminds me of Kristie Lee Cook from season 7. Like them both, but get annoying very fast.
- Adam Lambert sang “Black or White” which is one of my favorite Michael Jackson songs but all I heard was screaming. I just don’t see what everyone else sees I guess. I can’t stand this kid.
- Matt Giraud sang “Human Nature” and I agree with the judges; a solid performance.
- Alexis Grace sang “Dirty Diana” and I love this girl!

American Idol Shocking Wild Card Results!
American Idol held its wild card show last night and the results were somewhat shocking.
The 3 American Idol contestants chosen weren’t surprising, but a 4th person also made it through to the now “top 13!”
8 American Idol contestants sang for a spot in what everyone thought was the top 12.
Megan Joy and Jasmine Murray got a spot leaving 1 chair left; or so we thought.
Matt Giraud and Anoop Desai joined Ryan Seacrest on stage to find out which American Idol wannabe would fill that chair.
Simon Cowell told Matt he was the lucky one. While Anoop was busy being disappointed, Simon told him he was also joining the top 12.
Ryan asked for another chair and we got our top 13.

American Idol Chooses Blubbering Idiot as Wild Card! (Video)
American Idol certainly loves drama. That was evident on last night’s result show.
Lil Rounds, Scott MacIntyre, and Jorge Nunez made it to the top 12, but that wasn’t the shocker.
The shocker came when the American Idol judges chose 8 wild card contestants.
The American Idol Wild Card list:
- Von Smith
- Jasmine Murray
- Ricky Braddy
- Megan Corkrey
- Matt Giraud
- Jesse Langseth
- Anoop
OMG! Stick a rusty ice pick in my eye he just didn’t say Tatiana! Hopefully she will be gone tonight when they have the “sing off.”
Please watch American Idol tonight and vote for Anoop, or Matt, or anyone who isn’t a blubbering idiot.

American Idol Ratings Blunder
American Idol revamped their format to revive a very successful, yet stale show.
Problem is American Idol writers/producers really screwed up.
They added a 4th judge who brings nothing to the show. She tries to emulate Simon Cowell but doesn’t have the charm to pull it off.
American Idol’s top 12 are chosen in a completely ridiculous way. Who put these groups together?
American Idol was a bore fest last night. Some of these Idol wannabes should have been in last week’s group. That way maybe Matt Giraud who can actually sing would have made the top 12 where he belonged.
Lil Rounds will make it. The judges had their comments ready beforehand. They didn’t have to listen to her sing.
I love American Idol but if this train wreck continues, how long can it last?
